Test dataset for the Pangenome Variant Calling Workflow on Galaxy using VG Giraffe and Google DeepVariant. This dataset is orginally from the VG WDL GitHub Giraffe-DeepVariant workflow (Liao et al. 2022) and was reuploaded to Zenodo to provide Zenodo download locations of the test data for the Galaxy Workflow testing using Planemo.
