Statistical analysis results for C3, IgG and plasma glycomic associations with islet autoimmunity onset in the ENDIA nested case-control study

This dataset contains processed statistical analysis results for C3 glycopeptide traits, IgG N-glycome traits and plasma N-glycome traits measured in the ENDIA nested case-control study. The deposit contains three Excel workbooks and one README file: 1. C3-glycome.xlsx 2. IgG-glyome.xlsx 3. Plasma-glycome.xlsx 4. README.txt Each Excel workbook contains two sheets: - poisson: Poisson mixed model results for single-timepoint association analyses of molecular trait abundance with islet autoimmunity (IA) case status. - linear: Linear mixed model comparison results for longitudinal trajectory analyses of molecular trait abundance over chronological time and time relative to IA onset. The files contain processed statistical output only. Raw individual-level data, R scripts, RData files, fitted model objects, intermediate processed datasets and prediction output files are not included. The README.txt file describes the workbook structure, model naming conventions, column definitions, multiplicity adjustment and recommended interpretation of the results.
