Characterized the fecal microbiota of mice fed different dietary protein diets and HFD

The aim of this study is to clarify the influence of rice protein on intestinal microbiota and obesity, furthermore, rice endosperm protein intervention in childhood regulates gut microbiota and suppresses adulthood development of high-fat diet-induced obesity. We examined the fecal microbiota of mice fed different dietary protein diets in childhood, and the influences of the high fat diet in adulthood on microbiota formed in childhood.
