Whole RNA transcriptome were performed on bovine lung cell 3D pulmosphere cultures with or without infection with M. bovis BCG and M. tuberculosis H37Rv strain. Overall design: Pulmospheres were cultured in U-bottom 96 well plates with or without infection. 24 hours post infection pulmospheres were harvested, total RNA were extracted and subjected to paired-end RNA sequencing.
