The North American Pediatric Renal Trials and Collaborative Studies (NAPRTCS) is a pediatric nephrology database. Funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), it aims to collect and track data across all stages of chronic kidney disease in children, including post-dialysis and post-renal transplant scenarios. This database covers information of over 20,000 pediatric patients from more than 100 institutions across multiple North American countries, and has conducted multiple prospective clinical trials.
