`data.zip` contains the raw and analyzed flow cytometry and RT-qPCR data needed to generate the figures in the paper

`output.zip` contains the steady-state solutions and stochastic simulations from the model used to generate the figures in the paper

`plasmids.zip` contains plasmid sequence maps (both Snapgene `.dna` and GenBank `.gbk` files) for all plasmids used in the paper
