Albigula_stephensi Targeted Locus (Loci). gut metagenome

Feces were collected from two rodent species, Neotoma albigula and Neotoma stephensi. Feces were collected in the wild and after 6 months in captivity. N. stephensi were fed a diet of 75% juniper to investigate the effect of this toxic plant on the fecal microbial community.
