Psychometric Evaluation of the Acute Care Nurses’ Job Satisfaction Scale-Revised: A Cross-Sectional Survey

Data were collected using QualtricsXM web-based survey platform between June 2021 and September 2021. The study participants were acute care nurses working in Qatar. The SPSS data set includes 111 variables representing demographic variables (5 variables), the Job Demands in Nursing Scale (22 variables), the Job Resources in Nursing Scale (24 variables). the Acute Care Nurses Job Satisfaction Scale (31 variables), one item represent global job satisfaction scale, and the remaining 28 variables were the represent the reverse coding items.<br>
