Supplemental Data for \Scientometric Evaluation of Higher Education Institutions\

This dataset supports the study \u201cAn Integrated PROMETHEE\u2013GRA Method with BWM Weights for Scientometric Evaluation of Higher Education Institutions\u201d. It contains bibliometric and scientometric indicators used to evaluate the performance of higher education institutions through an integrated multi-criteria decision-making approach. The dataset is structured in seven files: (1) articles_dataset with raw articles collected from Scopus; (2) scimagojr providing journal metrics such as quartile ranks and impact factors; (3) predatory_journals listing journals identified as predatory; (4) raw_data_affiliation aggregating publication data per institution, enriched with journal metrics and predatory status; (5) minmax_normalized_scores with normalized values across five evaluation criteria; (6) bwm_weights containing criterion weights calculated via the Best Worst Method; and (7) promethee_gra_score_export presenting the final integrated PROMETHEE\u2013GRA scores and ranking categories. All institutional names have been anonymized (e.g., A-1, A-2) to ensure confidentiality while preserving reproducibility. This dataset enables researchers and policymakers to replicate the evaluation process, validate results, and explore alternative ranking methodologies in scientometric analysis.
