本场景计划开发利用武汉市全民健康信息平台中的已经过脱敏化、去标识化处理的公共数据资源，建立商保核保专题数据库。在数据使用之前均获得投保人本人的明确授权，主要使用的信息有：门诊就诊记录、门诊诊断明细、入院登记表、出退院登记表、西医住院病案首页。数据集以医疗健康数据作为数据源，可用于探索开展商保核保场景数据交易，帮助保险公司快速准确地判断客户健康状况，提高核保效率。

This scenario intends to develop and leverage the desensitized and de-identified public data resources sourced from the Wuhan Municipal Public Health Information Platform to build a specialized database for commercial insurance underwriting. Explicit authorization from individual policyholders has been obtained prior to any data usage. The main information used includes outpatient visit records, outpatient diagnosis details, admission registration forms, discharge and transfer registration forms, and the front page of western medicine inpatient medical records. Taking medical and health data as its data source, this dataset can be used to explore data transactions in commercial insurance underwriting scenarios, helping insurance companies quickly and accurately assess customers' health conditions and improve underwriting efficiency.
