Condition monitoring simulation data - WP5 Condition controller development
收藏资源简介:
This dataset comprises simulation time-series data from the Wavepiston numerical model, described in SHY Deliverable D03-02 (Folley, 2025), in a baseline no-fault scenario and a hydraulic leakage fault scenario. Simulations were run in release version 1.4 with additional PTO component deterioration (leak) specifications in a PTO module file pto_pump_v2x3.py. The operation of a single Wavepiston energy collector was simulated with 20 irregular wave realisations per sea-state in fault-free and fault (hydraulic leakage) scenarios, for three sea-states, chosen to represent the wave climate at the potential commercial Wavepiston deployment site off the north coast of Gran Canaria, Spain. The sea states are classfied based on significant wave height Hs and peak period Tp, as: - Moderate sea-state: Hs = 1.8 m, Tp 8.5 s (Tp8_5_Hs1_8), - Slight sea-state: Hs 1.0 m, Tp 6.0 s (Tp6_0_Hs1_0), - Energetic sea-state: Hs 2.6 m, Tp 11.0 s (Tp11_0_Hs2_6),and are parameterised using the Bretschneider spectrum. Irregular waves are generated using deterministic amplitudes and random phases. References Folley, M. (2025). SHY Deliverable D3.2 Wave-to-wire numerical model of Wavepiston.
