Human host cell transcriptomic and epigenomic profiling following Fusobacterium nucleatum exposure

We measured transcriptomic (RNA-seq) and epigenomic (ChIP-seq) changes in human host cells following exposure and invasion with strains of Fusobacterium nucleatum. F. nucleatum has been linked to colorectal carcinoma, and we aimed to evaluate its influence on immortalized primary cells.
