Processed Feature Dataset for Population-Level Assessment of Circumferential Flank Waviness Variability Using a ΔW1 Indicator

This dataset contains processed feature-level results derived from coordinate measuring machine (CMM) MKA plot exports of industrial cylindrical gear components. The dataset includes long-wavelength harmonic lobe amplitudes (W1–W3) extracted via second-order detrending and sine–cosine projection, as well as the file-level circumferential inhomogeneity indicator ΔW1. The dataset supports the statistical and clustering analysis presented in the associated manuscript. It enables reproduction of the population-level distribution results and unsupervised clustering based on ΔW1 and W1_max. Raw CMM MKA measurement files are not included due to industrial confidentiality restrictions.
