Data for each figure are provided in .xslx and MATLAB .mat format and were generated by 'GrandFrix' software(see Related identifiers). Raw data from simulations using the 'GrandFrix' software, for the 4 representative rates of injection as discussed in the manuscript are provided in .zip format.
