D30 MI-TP (n = 6 vehicle, n = 6 TP) caused increased IGF1R expression in a similar fashion to that observed in female fetuses exposed to MI-TP from d62, but in the case of the other genes measured, there was no response to treatment from d30 in female fetuses, similar to the lack of response observed in d62 MI-TP male fetuses (see Figure 4).
