We described the case of an immunosuppressed patient, received aHSCT for acute T/myeloid mixed cell leukemia, with bacteremia due to L. pneumophila subsp. fraseri infection, that identified through blood culture with mNGS (Nanopore platform), and confirmed by BCYE agar culture. Then the isolate of L. pneumophila subsp. fraseri was also sequenced by Nanopore.
