Description:This document contains the Persian translation of the Somatoform Dissociation Questionnaire (SDQ-20). The translation was developed as part of a PhD dissertation entitled “Psychometric characteristics of the Persian version of the Dissociative Experiences Scale (DES-II) in patients with multiple sclerosis (PWMS)” conducted at Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran. The translation was finalized and authorized on 2025-09-18 and is intended solely for academic and non-commercial research purposes. It is provided with the official permission of the copyright holder (MAPI Trust) and the original author, Dr. E. R. S. Nijenhuis.
