The polyA-depleted RNA-seq data in this study was produced to provide additional replicates and accessory samples for the samples in study PRJEB8225. These samples were used in combination with the samples in PRJEB8225 for other projects.Data in the current study are: - 1 replicate of HMLE cells - 2 replicates of MesHMLE cells (HMLE cells after TGF-beta treatment), transformed with a negative siRNA (i.e. controls for siRNA knockdown in MesHMLE cells).Samples were produced as described in Conn et al., (2015), Cell. (DOI: 10.1016/j.cell.2015.02.014).
