We aimed to explore (1) the differences in the transcriptional response of HTB1 to high CO2 concentration at varied time points, (2) how HTB1 obtains and stores energy from photosynthesis and carbon fixation under high CO2 concentration, and (3) how the stored energy in HTB1 is reprogrammed to other multiple metabolism processes to acclimate and adapt to high CO2 exposure.
