Sensitivity of Channels as Assessed by Permutation Test.

A sensitivity index is assessed between the vocally active period and inactive period for the first 9 PSCs calculated for each channel. The number (and percentage) of channels with a sensitivity index significantly greater than the null distribution, as estimated by a permutation analysis, and after application of the Benjamini-Hochberg False Discovery Rate (p<0.05 and 1<0.05) was assessed.
