Quality Index for University Latin-American Patents 1996-2016

In this database we developed a measure between 1997 and 2016 for the quality of Latin American University Patents. This database was developed in the context of the research project INV-ECO-3168 financed by Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. Bogotá Colombia.
