RNA-Seq profiling for waterlogging tolerant and sensitive pigeon pea genotypes under control and stress condition in leaf tissue

Comparative transcriptome analysis was performed between two contrasting waterlogging tolerant (JBP-110B) and sensitive (ICP 7035) pigeon pea genotypes for the identification of differentially expressed genes in leaf tissue under control and stress conditions. The data generated in this study give a comprehensive idea about the dynamic gene regulation and other signaling pathways regulating waterlogging tolerance in pigeon pea.
