Gene expression profile at single cell level of mouse heart from control diet (CD), high fat diet (HFD) and Western diet (WD)

Macrophages are considered as a homogeneous population in the heart. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze thediversity of macrophages in control diet (CD) mouse, high fat diet (HFD) mouse and Western diet (WD) mouse heart. CD45+F4/80+CD11b+ macrophages of the diet mice were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.
