We describe two cases of healthcare-associated Legionnaires' disease in patients hospitalized 5 months apart in the same room. Whole genome sequencing analyses showed that clinical isolates and isolates from the toilet of the room clustered together. Toilet contamination by L. pneumophila could lead to a risk of exposure through flushing.
