Data Set on Intra-views in Public Canteens. Human-Food Resonance for Sustainable Food Consumption.

This dataset contains the transcripts of 10 intra-views conducted. The names of the participants have been pseudonymized. In addition, the data set provides Excel spreadsheets of the data analysis showing the identified forces, flows, and moments of (de)stabilization along an assemblage analysis.
