资源简介:
Monetary and social feedback are important motivational factors in modulating working memory performance; however, their differential effects across varying levels of cognitive load have not been systematically examined. Using an N-back task paradigm combined with event-related potentials (ERPs), the present study investigated the effects of monetary versus social feedback on working memory performance and its underlying neural processes under low, medium, and high cognitive load conditions.
