<b>Raw_Data</b>. This dataset contains raw measurements of soil and plant variables from alpine grassland that are either disturbed or undisturbed by highway construction at each site on the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau. Soil variables include soil organic carbon concentration and bulk density in different soil layers (0-10 cm, 10-20 cm, 20-30 cm). Plant variables include plant community richness and coverage in alpine grassland on the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau.<b>Climate and Anthropogenic_Data</b>. This dataset includes climate and anthropogenic data for each study site on the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau. Climate data include the mean annual temperature (MAT), mean annual precipitation (MAP), and the temperature annual range (Tem_range, which is the highest temperature of the warmest month minus the lowest temperature of the coldest). Anthropogenic data contains grazing intensity and human activity intensity.
