Anonymized Clinical and cfDNA Mutation Dataset for Advanced NSCLC Study

This dataset contains fully anonymized patient-level clinical variables and cfDNA mutation results from individuals diagnosed with advanced non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The dataset includes demographic information, smoking status, histological subtype, metastatic sites, and detected cfDNA variants. No raw sequencing files (e.g., FASTQ, BAM) or identifiable personal information are included. The dataset was created to support the findings of the manuscript entitled “cfDNA Genomic Analysis Reveals Histological and Metastatic Patterns in Advanced NSCLC.” It is provided under restricted access to ensure compliance with privacy and ethical standards. Access may be granted upon reasonable request.
