Effect of mccc-1(ww4) mutation on gene expression in Caenorhabditis elegans at young adult stage fed on Comamonas aquatica DA1877

mccc-1(ww4) mutant animals has no obvious developmental defect, but we observed different abundance of many metabolites by LC-MS/MS analysis.
