该数据为浙江大学医学院附属第二医院在2015—2025年开展临床诊疗、辅助检查、随访、科研教学活动过程中产生的真实业务数据。数据涵盖肝豆状核变性患者信息表（Patient_ID、DNA号、籍贯、性别、民族、家族史、突变、确诊年龄、Leipzig 评分、K-F环、血清铜蓝蛋白、血清铜数值、首诊时24h尿铜、24h尿铜最大值、肝硬化(B超)、颅脑MRI、首次就诊临床分型、起病年龄、肝损症状、肝损发病年龄、神经症状具体形式、神经型具体亚型、神经症状发病年龄、精神症状、精神症状出现年龄、脾大、是否切脾、主要治疗药物及初始剂量等）多维度核心内容，形成结构化相结合的肝豆状核变性综合性临床数据库。

This dataset comprises real-world operational data generated during clinical diagnosis and treatment, auxiliary examinations, follow-up visits, and scientific research and teaching activities at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine between 2015 and 2025. The dataset covers multi-dimensional core items from the Wilson's disease patient information table, including Patient_ID, DNA number, native place, gender, ethnicity, family history, mutation, age at diagnosis, Leipzig Score, K-F ring, serum ceruloplasmin, serum copper level, 24-hour urinary copper at first diagnosis, maximum 24-hour urinary copper, hepatic cirrhosis (detected via B-ultrasound), cranial MRI, clinical classification at first visit, age at onset, hepatic injury symptoms, age at onset of hepatic injury, specific manifestations of neurological symptoms, specific subtypes of the neurological phenotype of Wilson's disease, age at onset of neurological symptoms, psychiatric symptoms, age at onset of psychiatric symptoms, splenomegaly, whether splenectomy was performed, main therapeutic drugs and their initial dosages, and other relevant contents, thus forming a comprehensive structured clinical database for Wilson's disease.
