Transcriptome at different stages of Gleditsia sinensis thorn development

Materials at key time points during the development of Gleditsia sinensis thorns were selected for sequencing, namely the thorn-free stage, the thorn primordia stage, the basic completion stage of scale leaves, the thorn differentiation stage and the thorn basic structure formation stage. At each stage, the long thorn stem segment (the stem segment about 1 mm above and below the leaf axils), the thornless stem segment (the remaining stem segment), the top of the stem, and the tip of the root were taken.
