This dataset provides a fully reconstructed, residue-resolved annotation of the MERS-CoV S1–CD40L fusion protein sequences disclosed in US Patent US11219685B1. It includes:SEQ ID NO: 11: Full-length DNA and amino acid sequence of the murine CD40L-fused S1 construct, used in preclinical mouse studies.SEQ ID NO: 23: Human CD40L ectodomain sequence intended for clinical translation.Domains are mapped with nucleotide and amino acid coordinates, including signal peptide, S1 consensus, His-tag, T4 fibritin trimerization motif, AAA linker, and CD40L ectodomain boundaries. This resource supports translational safety assessment, immunogenicity prediction, and species-mismatch analysis in CD40-targeted vaccine design.All analysis are based on publicly disclosed parameters of the above mentioned patent.Note: This dataset is part of an ongoing series of in silico stress tests evaluating the technical claims of US Patent US11219685B1.
