Bortezomib induces methylation changes in neuroblastoma cells that appear to play a significant role in resistance development to this compound

Genome-wide patterns of DNA methylation were quantified using the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylationEPIC BeadChip in DNA samples isolated from neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY5Y repeatedly treated with bortezomib (BTZ), lenalidomide and control samples. This data set includes 6 DNA samples isolated from cell line SH-SY5Y treated with BTZ, 6 DNA samples isolated from cell line SH-SY5Y treated with lenalidomide and 6 DNA samples isolated from non-treated cell line SH-SY5Y (control).
