The phylogenetic analyses of the combined LSU, ITS, TEF1α, and RPB2 dataset comprised 64 taxa. The dataset consisted of 3325 characters, including gaps (LSU: 1-851 bp, ITS: 852-1379 bp, TEF1α: 1380-2313 bp, RPB2: 2314-3325 bp). The matrix had 1239 distinct alignment patterns, with 20.68% of undetermined characters or gaps. Estimated base frequencies were as follows: A = 0.245345, C = 0.263963, G = 0.263735, T = 0.226957; substitution rates: AC = 1.185929, AG = 4.922882, AT = 1.461014, CG = 0.926895, CT = 11.037710, GT = 1.000000; gamma distribution shape parameter α = 0.673356. The best-scoring RAxML tree with a final likelihood value of -18165.231993 is presented in Fig. 1.In the multi-locus phylogenetic tree (Fig. 1), our isolates were distributed through the tree, representing two new species and one newly collected species. Hermatomyces yunnanensis (HKAS 144361 and HKAS 144362) formed a basal clade to H. constrictus Koukol & G. Delgado (CCF 5904), H. griseomarginatus Koukol & G. Delgado (PRC 7203 and PRC 7201), H. verrucosus Koukol & G. Delgado (CCF 5903 and CCF 5892) and H. sphaericoides Koukol & G. Delgado (CCF 5908 and CCF 5895) with maximum statistical support (MLBS = 100%, BPP = 1.00). Hermatomyces nujiangensis (HKAS 144367 and HKAS 144368) formed a sister clade to H. pyriformis H.Z. Du & Jian K. Liu (HKAS 132457 and HUEST 23.0442) with strong support (MLBS = 93%, BPP = 1.00). Hermatomyces hainanensis Jian Ma, Y.Z. Zhang bis & Y.Z. Lu (HKAS 144351 and HKAS 144352) grouped with H. hainanensis (GZCC 23-0592) with strong support (MLBS = 92%, BPP = 1.00).
