To assess the molecular changes induced by IMPDH inhibition in MLL-AF9 leukemia, we examined gene expression profiles of vehicle- or FF-10501-01-treated MLL-AF9 cells by RNA-seq. Overall design: FF-10501-01 was orally administered to leukemic mice for two consecutive days. 48 hours after first treatment, GFP+ leukemia cells were collected from bone marrow and isolated using cell sorter before RNA extraction.
