Functional analysis of methyltransferase like 6 (METTL6) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Homo sapiens

RNA modifications are increasingly linked to various diseases and the accumulated knowledge in this field further accelerates the recognition of the importance of post-transcriptional modifications. Here, we systematically conducted bioinformatics analysis of methyltransferase like 6 (METTL6) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) using gene expression data and clinical information from publicly available datasets. Furthermore, we performed CRISPR/Cas9 mediated knockout of METTL6 using HCC cell lines followed by RNA-seq and ChIP-seq.
