This study aims to characterize the gallbladder mycobiome profiles and its interactions with bacteriome in gallstone disease. There were 68 bile and gallstone samples (34 paired for bacteriome) obtained from calculi patients with chronic cholecystitis. Bile and gallstone bacteriome were profiled by 16S rRNA genes sequencing.
