RNA-Seq analysis LEF1 or KDM4A knockdown effect on CAL-27 cells

To investigate the carcinogenesis function LEF1 or KDM4A in the regulation of oral squamous cell carcinoma, we used siRNA knockdown of LEF1 or KDM4A in CAL-27 cells. Overall design: CAL-27 cells were transfected with siLEF1, siKDM4A or control (n=3 for each group) for 48 hours. Total RNA was isolated using Trizol reagent (Invitrogen, USA). Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, USA) was used to evaluate the RNA quality.
