Population genomics of cotton fleahopper in Brazos Valley

Cotton fleahopper (Pseudatomoscelis seriatus) is a polyphagous hemipteran that can be a pest of commercial cotton (Gossypium hirsutum). In this study, we investigate (1) the robustness of observed population structure to repeated sampling over time and (2) the suitability of woolly croton (Croton spp.) as a natural refuge for the purposes of insect resistance management.
