This dataset is the annual county-level gross domestic product (GDP) spatial distribution raster dataset for the Yellow River Basin from 2000 to 2022. It is developed based on county-level GDP statistical data from the *China County Statistical Yearbook* (2000–2022), taking population distribution spatial raster data as the spatial reference.
