"AI is from the devil." Behaviors and Concerns Toward Personal Data Sharing with LLM-based Conversational Agents

Survey transcript and answers about behaviors and concerns toward personal data sharing with LLM-based conversational agents. This has been originally used and collected for the following study, published in PoPETS 2025: “AI is from the devil.” Behaviors and Concerns Toward Personal Data Sharing with LLM-based Conversational Agents. The study was conducted in October and November 2024 with N=422 worldwide participant. The answer dataset is a .csv file that includes the study respondents' answers, basic demographics (i.e., age and living place), and survey metadata (i.e., time to answer the survey). The dataset has been de-identified, and demographics have been generalized to reach a level of k=5 regarding k-anonymity.
