ECC Beam Shear Test Set 3 - 2 #6 rebar, 16
收藏资源简介:
The purpose of this test was to determine the shear capacity, shear stiffness and failure mode of a series of ECC beam specimens with a 1000/B factor (Refer to ACI-ASCE document 426: "Shear and diagonal Tension") of around 0.154 [psi]. Four simply-supported ECC beam specimens without transverse reinforcement were tested under point loading arranged in an assymetrical pattern. Shear failure was forced to occur at one end of the specimen -typically the one closest to the support-. Specimens were constructed using mild steel longitudinal reinforcement and Strain Hardening PVA-Engineered Cementitious Composite (ECC) material. Other material properties and important specimen properties are given next. b=5.0 in., h= 12 in., As=2#6 (0.88 in2), d=10.9 in., a/d= 1.5, f'ecc=5.1 ksi. No transverse reinforcement. Test data is organized as follows: Beams A and B were constructed the same way (materials, reinforcement, etc.), but are two different specimens. These beams were repaired and re-tested and were renamed beams C and D, respectively. Data for each beam test (A, B, C, and D) is stored as separate repetitions.
