To detect the modification site of m6A and the binding gene of Ythdf1 in dendritic cells, MeRIP-seq and RIP-seq were used to obtain the binding gene set. In order to compare the effect of Ythdf1 knockout on gene translation efficiency in dendritic cells, Ribo-seq was performed on the cells with Ythdf1 knockout and control. Based on MeRIP-seq and RIP-seq data, we analyzed the genes regulated by m6a-Ythdf1, which can affect the efficiency of RNA translation. And those genes and signaling pathways are mainly regulated by Ythdf1 in dendritic cells.
