Policy Choice Stability Check (PCSC): Workbook and Reproducibility Materials, Version 1.0

The Policy Choice Stability Check (PCSC) is a structured method for assessing the robustness, equity, feasibility, and value-for-money of health policy choices. This Version 1.0 repository contains the frozen PCSC workbook and associated reproducibility materials. The workbook operationalizes six dichotomous Yes/No indicator items across three domains: Positional/Equity, Situational, and Value-for-Money. It includes illustrative vaccination-policy applications across ten settings, threshold assessment, an equity-floor assessment, and Monte Carlo uncertainty and sensitivity analysis. The accompanying Python script reproduces the Monte Carlo analysis using 20,000 simulations, Beta(YES+1, NO+1) posterior distributions, domain weights of 0.40, 0.30, and 0.30, ±25% perturbation of domain weights with renormalization, and a fixed random seed of 12345. The accompanying CSV contains the corresponding simulation outputs. These materials are provided to support transparency, replication, methodological appraisal, and future validation of the PCSC.
