Expression data from Low Temperature Plasma-treated primary prostate cultures

Prostate basal epithelial cultures generated from patient normal and cancer tissue were treated with LTP for 3 minutes and RNA harvested at 2hrs post-LTP. Microarrays were used to analyze whole transcriptome changes between untreated and LTP-treated prostate cells. Six primary prostate culture (two Gleason 9 cancer samples, and two Gleason 7 with matched Normal tissue samples from the same patient) were grown in culture and treated with LTP. 2hrs after treatment, RNA was harvested from LTP-treated and untreated cells. RNA was then submitted for microarray analysis and comparison was generated between the two conditions for each primary prostate culture.
