15个桉树无性系基因与环境互作研究
针对桉树人工林造林树种单一,为桉树优良无性系选育、开发、测试提供依据和参考,本研究对15个桉树无性系在3种不同立地条件下的生长表现进行了对比研究,对生长性状的基因型和环境互作效应做了系统的分析。结果表明:无性系Y9在3种立地条件下表现相对稳定且生长性状优良,其树高、胸径、材积的基因效应为2.33、2.36、0.0468,要远大于环境效应,说明生长表现受环境影响较小,其广泛的适应性和稳定性具有潜在的

2017-2021年辽宁省兴城市3个梨杂交组合F1代枝干轮纹病田间抗性数据集
本数据集采用田间自然发病调查法,于2017-2021年连续5年调查收集了‘苹果梨×八月红’、‘苹果梨×红香酥’‘八月红×红香酥’3个杂交组合697个F1代单株的枝干轮纹病田间抗性数据,包括单株枝干轮纹病病级和抗性水平。结果显示,3个杂交组合后代中均以高抗植株比例最高,其中在抗感杂交组合‘苹果梨×红香酥’的132个杂交F1代中,高抗植株比例达到78.79%,为104株,其抗感分离比达到12.2:1;
