Bovine carcasses Uruguay

Data set containing data of 30,151 bovine carcasses slaughtered in one abattoir in Uruguay in 2016; statistical analyses were carried out to test the hypothesis if the effect of fasciolosis on carcass weight differs depending on the age ranges (variable "age_teeth") and to evaluate the effects of liver fluke on carcass conformation and fat scores.
