The dataset includes the part of the results used in the article titled: "Development and evaluation of interconnect protective coatings based on commercial Mn1.9CuFe0.1O4 spinel powder". The data includes only the results from studies funded by NCN OPUS 25 project granted to Dr Maciej Bik (results of Raman spectroscopy ex-situ studies).
