资源简介:
The fall armyworm (FAW) poses a significant threat to global crop production, primarily inflicting substantial economic losses on staple crops such as maize and rice. Despite its broad host range, FAW exhibits distinct feeding preferences. To investigate the mechanisms underlying this phenomenon, we conducted a transcriptomic analysis of FAW feeding on three host plants: maize, rice, and cotton. This study aims to elucidate the differential stress responses elicited in these crops upon FAW infestation.
