We identified several hub genes and key pathways associated with GC and IM initiation and progression by analyzing the DEGs, which provided a detailed molecular mechanism underlying GC and IM occurrence and progression. Overall design: RNA profiles of 30 gastric tissue samples from patients with non-atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, and gastric cancer were generated by high throughput sequencing.
